Before your carpet is cleaned

Please remove breakables and items from tables and other furniture that will be moved by our crew. Remove all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the areas to be cleaned. Also, arrange for pets and children to be away from the area where we are cleaning.

Pre-Inspection

Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. We will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. We will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Professional Pre-Vacuum

Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a professional-grade Hepa – Filter vacuum system to remove bonded dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.

Furniture Moving

Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs after the cleaning process is finished.

Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot

Traffic areas and spots are pretreated with a pre-emulsifier with additives to help prepare imbedded grease, oil and heavy traffic lane soil for removal.

Deep Cleaning With Air Cell Extraction System

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art Air Cell Extraction System uses thousands of tiny Air Cells (masses of air surrounded by a microscopically thin sandwich of detergent), then water and more detergent are gently scrubbed into the carpet. These Air-Cells create a unique cleaning environment, containing 90% air and only 10% detergent and water, which overcome gravity to hold soil in suspension for immediate extraction.

Deodorizer

Included in the cleaning solution, deodorizer will neutralize the disagreeable odors from pets, saturated stale food odors & smoke odor. Deodorizer is not a masking agent but an odor counteracter.

Post Spot Treatment

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.

Protectant (additional charge)

Your carpet is a major investment. Daily wear and vacuuming can remove much of its factory-applied protection. Restore that protection with BLOCKADE®, a specially developed fluorocarbon chemical that protects carpets from wet and dry soil. A protective treatment after carpet cleaning forms an invisible shield around each fiber to resist soil & stains and makes vacuuming much more effective.

Post Grooming

The carpet pile is raked for faster drying and visual appeal.

Final Inspection

Once all areas have been serviced in your home or business, we will complete a final inspection with you to insure you are completely satisfied.

We will prepare the room where the upholstery will be cleaned to protect your surrounding furnishings.

Fabric Protector (additional charge)

A fluorochemical based spray application that forms an invisible barrier which keeps spills from being absorbed into the fabric. Spills simply bead up on the surface and can be wiped away easily. To be applied on freshly cleaned fabric to extend the life of the fabric, as well as duration between cleanings.

Final Inspection

Once all pieces of upholstery have been serviced in your home or business, we will complete a final inspection with you to insure you are completely satisfied.
